Returns and exchange
At SPEXEYE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sunglasses purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following terms:
1. Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges
You have 1-2 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we will no longer be able to process your return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Unworn & Unused: The sunglasses must be in the same condition as when you received them. This means they should not have been worn, altered, or damaged.
- Original Packaging: The sunglasses must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, cases, and tags.
- Unboxing Video: For us to process a return or exchange, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the product when you first open the package. The video must be recorded at the time of unboxing and should be submitted along with your return or exchange request. This helps us ensure that no damage occurred during shipping and that the item is in its original condition.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at spexeye@gmail.com within 1-2 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and the unboxing video.
- Provide Details: If you wish to exchange the item for a different style, color, or size, please indicate the product you would like to receive as a replacement.
- Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the sunglasses.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged during shipping), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you are returning the sunglasses for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
5. Refunds
- Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and provide the unboxing video, including footage of the damage. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, as long as the item is returned within the specified return window.
8. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sunglasses that have been worn or show signs of wear.
- Items returned outside of the 1-2 day return window.
- Products without an unboxing video or without proof of their original condition.
- Items purchased during promotional sales or marked as non-returnable.
